
Cara kerja gerbang LOGIC OR adalah menghasilkan output HIGH (ON) jika minimal ada salah satu input yang bernilai HIGH (ON). Output baru akan bernilai LOW (OFF) apabila seluruh input bernilai LOW (OFF).
Contoh Kasus pada Rangkaian Arduflow: Pada simulasi di atas, terdapat dua sakelar Boolean yang terhubung ke input blok LOGIC OR, dan output-nya terhubung ke Light Bulb (lampu). Jika kedua sakelar bernilai LOW, maka lampu akan tetap mati (DARK). Namun, jika salah satu atau kedua sakelar diaktifkan ke HIGH, maka sinyal output akan bernilai HIGH dan menyalakan lampu.
